Brexit & Wessex Care Preparation
As we enter what appears to be either stalemate or end game of the very long Brexit process Wessex Care has continued its vigilance and preparations as far as possible.
All suppliers have been communicated with and confirmed full contingency plans in place to ensure continuity of supplies.
All non-UK staff have been reassured, informed and supported in application for residency status.
We are developing plans to ensure our Community Services and staff attendance is maintained in the light of any fuel shortages.
We have reviewed in full the Care Alliance document attached to ensure we have addressed all anticipated business continuity / disruption risks.
At this time we do not anticipate, as per Government guidance, any significant disruption to the delivery of our service as a result of leaving the EU, however and if this happens.
Any concerns or worries then please contact the Wessex Care Directors on 01722 336933.
